Peter Panageas is Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for Galenus Rx. In this role, Mr. Panageas leads all commercial and growth efforts of Galenus Rx products and services. Mr. Panageas is responsible for the performance and alignment of the organization’s commercial operations including Business Development, Client Retention, Sales Operations and P&L. Mr. Panageas is a key member of the Galenus Rx Executive Team assisting in driving corporate growth, strategy and mission.
Prior to joining Galenus Rx, Mr. Panageas served as senior vice president and market president — national for Independence Blue Cross (Independence). In this role, Mr. Panageas has profit-and-loss responsibilities focused on new business and retention for all commercial clients.
Mr. Panageas is a respected business, healthcare and client relationship leader. He is recognized for his expertise in P&L oversight, strategy, growth, client relationship management and innovative client solutions. With a focus on community and serving members, Mr. Panageas has held various Leadership and Board seats within the healthcare landscape.
