Sandra Gomberg, DNP RN, is a healthcare executive whose career has focused on disruptive innovation in health care delivery and improving access to quality equitable healthcare for individuals, communities and populations. Dr. Gomberg holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing from the M. Louise Fitzpatrick College of Nursing at Villanova University and a Doctor of Nursing Practice, Executive Leadership from American Sentinel University. Dr. Gomberg is a faculty member in the Fitzpatrick College of Nursing’s Doctor of Nursing Practice Program.
Dr. Gomberg provides governance, leadership and operating consulting and advisory services to organizations and to companies at all levels of maturity embarking on the innovation and startup journey within the greater healthcare and related industry segments. Dr. Gomberg is currently serving as Strategic Advisor for the University City Science Center, the City of Philadelphia and GalenusRx, among others. Dr. Gomberg is Co-Founder of Stel Life, Inc., a digital health technology company that bridges health access, equity and digital divides by providing a patented operating system to securely transmit data from the home to care teams without requiring patients to have smart devices, Wi-Fi, or be technology literate. Dr. Gomberg is an entrepreur and an Angel investor.
Dr. Gomberg has held numerous board positions in non-profit and for-profit organizations including HealthPartners Plans and Cigna Medicare Advantage Plan. Dr. Gomberg is a member of the Board of Consultors of the M. Louise Fitzpatrick College of Nursing, Villanova University. She has earned numerous awards, honors, and accolades for her professional and civic duties. Also, she has written or contributed to many articles, papers, and textbooks within the fields of nursing and healthcare administration.
