When you sign up and based on your medication regimen, we’ll send you a pharmacogenomics (PGx) test kit. It’s a simple cheek swab that you do at home and mail back to us. The PGx test looks at a group of about 100 gene variants that affect how your body interacts with specific medications. We will also work with you to understand your medication regimen, including prescription, over-the-counter, herbals, and recreational drugs, along with your medical conditions, such as diabetes or arthritis. Then, our APPRAISE^TM technology will analyze your medication plan—based on your specific genes and your health conditions—and find any concerns for medication-related problems.

Our team of Precision Clinical Pharmacists is specially trained to help reduce concerns with your medication plan. Once we have your results, a Precision Clinical Pharmacist will contact you to review your results and develop a personalized medication plan. Your Precision Pharmacist will even work directly with your preferred doctor to make sure your medication plan is safe and effective, just for you.
